Shipping and Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Landmarks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

TeraBundle will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider.

TeraBundle shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, we would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
